AUGUSTA — The Maine Business Leadership Network, in partnership with the Maine State Chamber of Commerce, announces an upcoming regional employer forum focused on the benefits to businesses in hiring people with disabilities.
The forum will take place from 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Sept. 17, at Procter & Gamble, 2879 Hotel Road, Auburn.
The Maine Business Leadership Network is a state affiliate of the United States Business Leadership Network. It offers member employers resources for recruiting candidates with disabilities, information on disability issues and topics, recognition for best disability employment practices, and exposure to an untapped market for their goods and services.
