SANFORD, Fla. — Irene Beaucage, 92, of Sanford, Fla., died Sunday, Sept. 15, at Central Florida Regional Hospital.
Born in Lewiston on May 19, 1921, she was the daughter of Oliver and Marieanne Hamel. She married Donald Beaucage on May 29, 1940. Together, they operated stores for Sherwin-Williams in Massachusetts and Florida until their retirement.
Irene is survived by her grandchildren, Lisa, Gilbert and Andre; four great-grandchildren; her brother, Roland, of Florida; her sisters, Georgette (Charles) of North Carolina, Gloria (Gerry) and Anne (David) of Auburn and Jane (Myron) of Hebron.
She was predeceased by her husband, Donald; son, Gilbert; grandsons, Donald and Aaron; brother, Robert; and sisters, Valerie and Theresa.
