WESTBROOK — A man wanted on sexual assault charges was arrested at his Auburn residence on Monday night, police said.

Donald Cass, 58, was taken into custody without incident, according to Westbrook police Capt. Tom Roth.

Roth said Cass is accused of three counts of gross sexual assault, all of which occurred in Westbrook over the course of the last several weeks.

Cass was arrested after police executed a search warrant at his home, the police captain said.

Cass is being held at the Cumberland County Jail.
