LIVERMORE — An ad hoc committee to study education options for the town’s children will begin meeting after Jan. 1, 2014, Administrative Assistant Kurt Schaub said Tuesday.
Serving on the committee are Selectperson Rod Newman, Warren Forbes, Clint Boothby, James McDonald and Cindy Young. Young is one of three RSU 73 directors from Livermore.
The Board of Selectpersons voted in September to get financial information on withdrawing from RSU 73, which also serves Jay and Livermore Falls.
It is a preliminary exploration of education options, Schaub previously said.
