HARTFORD — Pinpoint of Light Spiritualist Center will hold a workshop, “Spirit Communications – Dreams and Symbols” with Rev. John Lilek, at 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 9, at 1190 Main St.

Participants will learn to identify symbols given by spirit in dreams and in healing and message work. Learn how to increase your vocabulary of symbolism. This includes how to increase your understanding of symbolism, including names, dates and actual scenes (past, present and future).

Since childhood, we have had some of our greatest spiritual adventures in dreams. Some dreams felt like a spirit loved one was right there with us, or we fell from the sky or we were flying. In this workshop we will establish the precise conditions needed to understand the spiritual value and reason for these communications: mentally, physically and spiritually. There will be discussion, a question-and-answer period, to help each class member have more understanding of these dreams and visions.

Participants will be lead in a guided meditation into seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and impression. The last part of this workshop consists of messages given by each class member to another to open and demonstrate the accuracy of symbolism.
