PORTLAND (AP) — The average price of gasoline has fallen a penny in Maine in the past week, to $3.46 a gallon.
The gasoline pricing website GasBuddy.com surveys more than 1,200 Maine gasoline outlets.
The average price of gas nationally has fallen slightly in the past week, to $3.26 a gallon.
Prices in Maine are 23.5 cents per gallon lower than a year ago, and 7 cents per gallon lower than a month ago.
The national average has decreased 4 cents per gallon during the last month and stands 21.4 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
