WILTON — Nomination papers for two seats on the Board of Selectmen and for a School Board director will be available March 17 at the Town Office, Town Manager Rhonda Irish said this week.

Terms for Selectmen Paul Berkey and Terry Brann and school board member Keith Swett are expiring, she said.

Anyone interested in running for the positions must collect at least 25 but no more than 75 signatures from registered Wilton voters, she said. Nomination papers must be returned to the Town Office by 5 p.m. April 25.

Town elections will take place Tuesday, June 10; the annual town meeting on Monday, June 16.

The proposed budget has been given to selectmen and the Finance Committee.

The board will meet with all department heads at 6 p.m. Monday, March 10, for their first review of the budget.

The Finance Committee will hold meetings with the departments at 6:30 p.m. on March 12, 17, 19 and 24.

Selectmen plan to vote on their final recommendations at 5 p.m. April 1. If necessary, they will meet April 2 and 3, she said.
