and Aaron Dries

SCARBOROUGH — The wedding of Elizabeth “Liza” Zinsser Walworth and Aaron Henry Dries was held at 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 13 at the Black Point Inn in Scarborough. Temma Donahue, attorney, officiated at the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Drs. Candace and Edward Walworth of Lewiston. The bridegroom is the son of Susan and Rolf Dries of Windham.

Nancy McBrady was matron of honor for her sister and bridesmaid was Avalaine Dries, daughter of the bridegroom. Flower girls were Zoe and Maya Dries, nieces of the bridegroom.

Brian Dries performed the duties of best man for his brother and usher was Nolan Dries, nephew of the bridegroom.

A reception followed at the Black Point Inn. The couple traveled to Indonesia and Cambodia in November. They are currently residing in Falmouth.

The bride received a bachelor’s degree in English from Princeton University and a master’s degree in anthropology from University College London. She is an independent consumer anthropologist working as an ethnographer and qualitative research consultant for advertising and marketing firms.

The bridegroom received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Maine and a master’s degree in engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. He is a senior yield engineer at Texas Instruments in South Portland.
