RUMFORD — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Rita Wyman was celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, May 23, at Parish of the Holy Savior.

The Rev. Alfred Jacques was the celebrant, Bernard Poirier was the altar server and Mark Belanger was the organist. Prior to the Mass, Arthur Turbide sang “How Great Thou Art.” Other musical selections were “Ave Maria,” “Amazing Grace” and “Fly Like A Bird.” The Old Testament was proclaimed by Paula Wyman and the New Testament by Scott Wyman. Offertory gifts were presented by Justin Wyman and Christine Wyman, and personal reflections were shared by Jerry Wyman.

Interment was in St. John Cemetery. Pallbearers were Scott Wyman, Jerod Wyman, Jerry Wyman and Jimmy Wyman. A reception followed at 49 Franklin. Services were under the care and guidance of S.G. Thibault Funeral Home, 250 Penobscot St., Rumford.
