MEXICO — Rumford American Legion Post 24 will hold their fourth annual golf tournament on Sunday, July 27, at the Oakdale Country Club.

The event will begin at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start four person scramble. There will be a possibility of two $5,000 hole-in-one prizes on the fourth and 13th holes. There will also be CT Pin 4, CT Line 2 and Longest Drive 11 (men and ladies).

Cost is $40 per person ($25 if you own your cart).

Organizers are looking to find 17 foursomes to hold the tournament. Register a team. Lunch is provided. Signup ends July 23.

Individuals or businesses may sponsor a hole for $35. Gift certificates and donations of gifts for raffles are always welcome. Pickup can be arranged, or drop donations off at the Post.
