LEWISTON — A Lewiston man crashed into a Sabattus Street building Friday night after suffering a diabetic reaction, according to police.
Kenneth Marr, 68, was taken to a local hospital and treated for his medical condition, Lewiston Police Sgt. Danny LaChance said.
“He went across four lanes of traffic, broadsided one car and crashed into the porch of 930 Sabattus St.,” LaChance said. The vehicle Marr struck was being driven by Christopher Goetz of Lewiston.
Neither Marr nor Goetz was seriously injured in the crash, police said. “It could have been a lot worse,” LaChance said.
Both vehicles were damaged, he said.
