ANDOVER — In a short meeting Tuesday night, Selectmen Keith Farrington and Jane C. Rich elected Jim Adler to be chairman of the Board of Selectmen.
Off and on for about five years, Farrington has chaired the board, he said early Wednesday evening.
The board also reviewed draft copies of a couple of municipal policies before agreeing to review them again Tuesday, April 21, at the Town Office.
