She was predeceased by her parents; and her brother, Wayne Phillips.

From your loving husband: “My soul calls for you, but you are gone. You are my love and my life; without you, I am lost. As your soul moves to the other side, wait for me…and when I come, we will join again and share our love for each other forever.”

From Sabrina: “We were so alike, all we did was fight, thanks for always agreeing that we were both always right. I love you.”

From Cole: “I love you, Grandma. Bye, bye, Grandma.”

From Samantha: “My mom, mentor, teacher, role model and friend. You were the best mom anyone could ask for. I love you so much. There will not be a day that goes by that I will not think of you. Mykenzie and Spencer love you dearly. I will stay strong for you and take care of Dad. I love you!”

From Adam: “Momma — I’ve never known a more selfless person than you. There was nothing you wouldn’t do for us in our times of need. Thank you for always being there for me, standing by me and being proud of me. I know you’ll always be with me, looking out for me and my family. I miss you, Mom. I love you, Mom — may we be together again on the other side!”
