Library hosts Pajama Story Time

PARIS — The Paris Public Library will host a Pajama Story Time at 6:30 p.m. during Tuesdays in July.

The follow-up activity to a variety of stories will be for children to create their own food art in the likeness of the example shown, whether it be fish, flag or caterpillar. Fruits and vegetables will be used. Other food items will be gluten and dairy free.

Kids should wear their pajamas and bring their favorite stuffed animals and a blanket to hold or sit on. Friends and family members of ages are welcome.

NORWAY — The Norway-Paris Kiwanis Club will host its 42nd annual pancake breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. Sunday, July 12, at the Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School.

Clearwater Lake Association to meet

INDUSTRY — The Clearwater Lake Association will hold its annual meeting on Sunday, July 12, at the Industry Town Hall.

The Potluck Dinner will begin at noon, and the meeting will follow.

All members and interested person are invited to attend this meeting. Beverages will be provided.

Otisfield to host herb swap

SMH offers breastfeeding classes

NORWAY —The Family Birthplace at Stephens Memorial Hospital will hold a breastfeeding class for new and experienced mothers from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 15, in the Harper Conference Center at the Ripley Medical Office Building, 193 Main St.

Gail Martel, RN, ICBLC will be leading the class, which will cover the facts of breastfeeding, teach skills for successful breastfeeding and share support services available to breastfeeding mothers.

The cost is $10 per couple, and pre-registration with payment is required.
