The Auburn Public Library will host a West African drumming concert at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, in the Androscoggin Community Room. The concert will feature toe-tapping, hand-clapping, entertaining performance for the whole family. Annegret Baier, musician from Portland, will present African rhythms and songs played on diverse instruments such as the conga and djembe.
