NORWAY-FRYEBURG — SeniorsPlus will be at the Norway Town Office from 2-4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, and at the Fryeburg Library from 1-4 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23. Representatives will be on hand to answer any questions or concerns people may have about services and resources for older adults and adults with disabilities and their families.

Both events are free and open to the public.

Stephens High School Class of 1949 luncheon

RUMFORD —  Members and significant others of the Stephens High School Class of 1949 will meet for their regular monthly luncheon at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, at the River Valley Grill.

Snowmobile club to meet

MEXICO — The Mexico Trail Blazers will hold its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, in the downstairs of the Town Hall. 

The club meeting is open to all, and it is accepting membership.

Homemakers meeting Nov. 19

CHESTERVILLE — The North Chesterville Extension Homemakers will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, at the Chesterville Town Office.

The group has changed its meeting topic. They will now be painting the Rotary festival of trees ornaments.

The meeting is free and open to the public.

Daughters of Union Veterans meet

STONEHAM — The Daughters of Union Veterans of the Civil War 1861 to 1865 Hannah F. Richardson Tent 19 of Stoneham held their monthly meeting Oct. 22 at the home of Kim Hansen in South Paris.

The first nomination of officers for the upcoming year was held.

The next meeting will be Wednesday, Nov. 19, where the second nominations will be held. The time and location of the meeting will be announced later.

Waterford community potluck supper

WATERFORD — There will be a community potluck supper at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, at the Wilkins House on Plummer Hill Road.

Those attending are asked to bring a main dish, salad, or dessert to share. Rolls and beverages will be provided.

The hosts for this supper are the Raymonds and the Whitchurces.

Those organizing Waterford Santa will attend and have gift request cards available for those who would like to provide a gift for a Waterford child.

Mexico High School Class of 1960 luncheon

RUMFORD — Mexico High School Class of 1960 will hold its class luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, at Gatch’s Restaurant.

American Legion to host craft fair

MECHANIC FALLS — A craft fair will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, at American Legion, 41 Elm St.

There will be a Chinese auction, white elephant tables and a bake sale.

Excelsior Grange hosting fair

POLAND — Excelsior Grange will have a Christmas Craft Fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, at the hall, 446 Harris Hill Road.

Coffee and donuts will be available throughout the day. The Grange will have a food sale and will serve a fish chowder, beef stew and chili luncheon with apple crisp for dessert from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

There will be 12 vendors selling a wide variety of gift items. Some of the items include knitted and sewn doll clothes, wood crafts, mittens, hats, dog coats, white elephant table, quilted items, table runners ,jewelry and stocking stuffers.
