RUMFORD — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Rita Marie Beaulieu was celebrated Monday, Jan. 25, at 10 a.m., at Parish of the Holy Savior. The Rev. Greg Dube was the celebrant. Bernard Poirier was the altar server. Mark Belanger was the organist. Music selections were “Hosea,” “On Eagles Wings,” “Because the Lord is My Shepherd” and “Fly Like a Bird.”
The Old Testament was proclaimed by granddaughter Hannah Beaulieu. The New Testament was proclaimed by great-grandson Bradley Beaulieu. Prayer of the faithful was offered by granddaughter Hannah Beaulieu. Offertory gifts were presented by great-granddaughter Taylor Beaulieu and grandson Ryan Beaulieu. Personal reflections were shared by grandson Daniel Beaulieu.
Pallbearers were Robert Nadeau, Dan Beaulieu, Ryan Beaulieu and Steve Carrier. A reception catered by SG Thibault Funeral Home was served by the Daughters of Isabella in the parish hall.
Spring interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery.
Services were under the care and guidance of SG Thibault Funeral Home, Cremation & Monument Services, 250 Penobscot St., Rumford.
