Season outlook: The Red Eddies have a new coach for the second consecutive year. Barton arrives with plenty of experience and enthusiasm for the sport, having coached in Massachusetts as well as with several youth programs in Maine after four years as a Division I goaltender. He inherits solid numbers but a relatively young group. He is encouraged by the defensive effort he has seen in the preseason. Several notable multi-sport athletes bring their talents to the front line. The future seems bright, but EL would love to compete for a playoff berth in the present.
