LEWISTON — Funeral services honoring the life of Lucille B. Welch were held Friday, May 20, at the Pinette Dillingham & Lynch Funeral Home with the Rev. Stephen Carnahan presiding.
During the services Lucille’s son-in-law, Paul Frodyma, shared words of remembrance.
After which a funeral procession was formed to proceed to Mt. Auburn Cemetery where the Rev. Carnahan recited committal prayers. At the conclusion of prayers, the U.S. Army Honor Detail played “taps,” then folded and presented our country’s flag to Lucille’s daughter, Donna Frodyma, in appreciation of her mother’s service to her country during World War II.
The pallbearers were Chris, Dan and Paul Frodyma. At the conclusion of military honors, all in attendance were invited to a reception of fellowship at the Hilton Garden Inn.
