LEWISTON — Memorial services honoring the life of Julia E. B. Blaisdell were held Wednesday, Sept. 21, at the Pinette Dillingham & Lynch Funeral Home with the Rev. Tim Howard presiding. Keyboardist Kathy Haley sang, “It is Well with My Soul” and “Amazing Grace” during the service. Words of remembrance were shared by Marilyn Lugrer, Kathy Blaisdell, Evelyn Ehrenfried from the CMG Nursing Class of 1959, Cheryl Turcotte a fellow nurse, Evelyn Blaisdell, Julia’s daughter, Barbara Blaisdell, and Julia’s son-in-law, David Hendren.

At the conclusion of services, all in attendance then came down to the  front and greeted the Blaisdell family with a personal condolence. Burial will be private in the family lot in Kingfield at a later date.
