PARIS — Celebration Barn Theater will present “This is What Happened: Lost & Found,” an evening of storytelling by Sally Jones, at 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, at 190 Stock Farm Road, South Paris.

Jones will share the stage with seven local storytellers, each of whom will offer up a true, personal tale on the theme “Lost & Found.”

Presenters are: Darlena Shackley, “What Did You Say?” 

Jen Cousins, “What Grew Back When They Cut Out a Piece of My Brain”

Eric Bell, “Looking for Balance”

Brian Otterson, “Hey Marti, I Think I Know Where We Are”

Lisa Moore, “Push Pull; Push Pull”

Scott Parsons, “Taking the Long Way to Oz” and 

Corrine Turner,”Crazy Eights: How I Lost My Mind — and Found It Again — as a Mother of Eight.”

The stories range from a life spent in the army to surviving brain cancer. Each storyteller will bring their unique take on the form as they open up and share powerful, touching and funny moments that have brought them to where they are in their lives.

All tickets are $10 and general admission; members receive priority seating. Lobby and concessions open at 7 p.m. Purchasing tickets in advance is recommended.
