WILTON — In celebration of the grand opening of Collins Cakes and Bakes in downtown Wilton, the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce invites people to a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9 a.m. Saturday, April 8. Collins Cakes and Bakes is at 285 Main St.

The bakery serves fresh-baked items, exquisite cakes and pastries, bread and bagels. Other offerings include Carrabassett Coffee, Thai ice cream and old-fashioned candy.
