Geiger, headquartered in Lewiston, recently presented its quarterly Geiger Star Awards to to associates nominated by fellow associates for their efforts to work the values of The Geiger Way. This quarter, Geiger Star Awards were presented to four members of a Geiger All-Star team. From left, Sylvia Schrock, sales team supervisor; Donna Ponte, graphic designer; Dustin Freeman, graphic services supervisor; and Mike McFadden, applications developer, redesigned how Crestline handles the licensing process. They investigated the process and set up a new one so the correct people are handling the different parts of the process. Their efforts mirror The Geiger Way values of exceptional customer experience and continuous improvement.
