FARMINGTON — New Ventures Maine will offer a free, three-week Building Confidence class from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesdays, starting Sept. 12, at New Ventures Office, 108 Perham St., Suite 2.

The three-week class will explore and practice concrete tools to build confidence to use to enhance a job search or to apply to day-to-day life activities and goals.

Building Confidence is open to individuals and couples of all ages and incomes. Anyone who is interested in increasing their confidence is welcome to attend.

Preregistration is required for the free class.
