AUBURN — Central Maine Orthopaedics-Spectrum Healthcare Partners has hired orthopaedic spine surgeon Stephen Clark, MD. Clark joins the 14-physician team at CMO after having completed his residency at the University of Maryland.
Before studying to become a surgeon, Clark served as a U.S. merchant marine and is a graduate of Maine Maritime Academy in Castine. He was an engineering officer working aboard a variety of civilian and military U.S.-flagged ships and was responsible for operations and management of the onboard propulsion, power generation and ancillary systems.
