DIXFIELD — Mystic Valley Grange will have indoor yard sales from 4 to 6 p.m. Fridays, Oct. 6 and 20, next to the East Dixfield Fire Station.
There will be many useful items. All proceeds will benefit the Grange and community projects.

HANOVER — The Gardner Roberts Memorial Library’s annual Fall Festival Celebration will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7.
Events will include a trash and treasure sale, bake sale, book sale and craft sale. Entertainment will be provided by Denny Breau.
There will be a lunch counter with homemade chili and chili dogs, as well as doughnuts, coffee and snacks.
Volunteer librarian Peg Susbury said, “This is our 10th festival.”
There will also be a basket raffle and a quilt raffle.

OXFORD — A meal and 3-T Auction will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, at Oxford Advent Christian Church.
A free beans and hot dogs meal will take place at 5 p.m. The auction will begin at 6 p.m.
The items to be auctioned off will consist of “Talents,” “Treats” and “Treasures.” Some of the items being auctioned off are homemade articles, household treasures, art work, handmade talents, handmade decorations and sweet treats.
Additional donations to be auctioned off can be brought in the night of the auction.
Oxford Advent Christian Church will send a team of local people to San Felipe, Mexico, as part of the 99 plus 1 mission to provide assistance to people in need in the area, work in the rehabilitation center, orphanage and school.
The Oxford Advent Christian Church is located on Route 26 and is handicapped accessible.
People wishing to make donations to the Mexico Mission may do so by sending a check payable to OACC “Mexico Mission 2017,” 1130 Main St., Oxford, ME 04270.

PARIS — The Deering Memorial Community Center next to the Paris Public Library will host a multi-family indoor yard sale from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, at 39 Main St.
All proceeds will benefit the Community Center. In addition to yard sale items, there will be baked goods and coffee for sale.

WAYNE — The next First Saturday at the Williams House will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Oct. 7, at 14 Old Winthrop Road.
The community can stop in for refreshments and browse the books, videos and boutique.
All proceeds benefit the Cary Memorial Library.
