At its annual meeting recently at the Hilton Garden Inn, Tri-County Mental Health Services presented its Giving Voice Award to John Bonner of Leeds, an employee of the Department of Health and Human Services. The award recognizes an individual or group of individuals for extraordinary efforts on behalf of consumers. At the award presentation were, from left, Jeffrey S.
