AUBURN — William J. Rogers Post 153, American Legion, 73 South Main St., has announced activities for December. Members and guests are always welcome.
Every Friday and Saturday from 7 to 11 p.m., there is music, dancing and Karaoke by DJ Jean Louis.
Music by Jerry Joe is provided from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15, and Sunday, Dec. 24.
The Auxiliary Christmas Party will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, starting with a social hour, followed at 6 p.m. by dinner, with party time at 7 p.m. Cost for eligible members is $15 a person. Dinner includes prime rib and one drink.
There will be a breakfast buffet from 8 to 10 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 17. Cost is $7 for adults, $4 for child under 10.
The Post 153 monthly meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20. Legion members are encouraged to attend. Members attending the meeting have a chance to win $100, $50 or $25.
A New Year’s Eve party will be held from 7 p.m. to closing Sunday, Dec. 31, with music by Jean Louis. Party favors will be provided. Sign-up sheet to bring food for the event is on the board.
The Auxiliary is selling Christmas balls at the post. Large size is $10 each; small size, $5 each. Inquire at the post.
