GARDINER — Jonathan Edwards will perform at 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 17, at Johnson Hall Performing Arts Center on Water Street.
Four decades into a stellar career of uncompromising musical integrity, Edwards delivers songs of passion, songs of insight, songs of humor — all rendered in a pure and powerful tenor.
These days, Edwards is likely to be found on the road.
“I’ve been … doing what I do best, which is playing live in front of people. I’ve been concentrating on that and loving it,” he said.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $28 for all seats and are available at Johnson Hall’s box office Tuesday through Friday from noon to 3 p.m., or at 207-582-7144 or by visiting the website at www.johnsonhall.org.
