Neptune General Contracting was dominant throughout the season in the Mountain Valley Rec Basketball League and maintained it’s stronghold for 2018 with a 105-95 victory over a determined Bessey Designs. Neptune (15-1) defeated Bessey twice during the regular season. Bessey Designs (12-5), who finished third in the league, knocked off last year’s champions Hotel Rumford in the semi-finals after losing to them twice during the regular season.
