RUMFORD — Graveside services for Norma M. Richard were conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 31, with Arthur Meader officiating. Interment was at St. John Cemetery, Rumford. Arrangements were under the care of the Meader & Son Funeral Home, Rumford.
