DURHAM — George Smith Jr. and Juli White-Smith announce the engagement of their daughter, Danielle Smith, to Shane Lizotte, son of John and Pamela Lizotte.
The future bride is a graduate of North Yarmouth Academy in 2011 and graduated from Thomas College in 2016 with a bachelor of science degree in early childhood education and a bachelor of arts degree in psychology. She is a pre-K teacher at Montello Elementary School in Lewiston.
The future bridegroom graduated from Brunswick High School in 2011 and the Maine Maritime Academy in 2015 with a bachelor of science degree in marine engineering operations. He is second assistant engineer on the Arctic Storm of Seattle, Washington.
The couple have chosen to be married on Memorial Day, May 27, 2019, at the Coolidge Family Farm, with close family and friends in attendance.
