It was a jumble Wednesday afternoon as employees and contractors worked to put the finishing touches on renovations at Forage Market on Lisbon Street in Lewiston. After a couple of weeks of remodeling, the cafe known nationally for its bagels was about ready to reopen. The owner said he plans to reopen the doors Friday with newly painted walls and a revamped counter that provides for more efficiency. One thing that won’t change: the bagels.
