COLCHESTER, Vt. — Two local students have been named to the 2020 fall semester dean’s list at Saint Michael’s College. Zoe Feehan of Gardiner, a junior biology major, is a graduate of Lisbon High School. Anthony Romano of Hallowell, a sophomore exploratory major, is a graduate of Hall-Dale High School in Farmingdale.
