Margaret C. Suderley

PORTLAND – Margaret C. Suderley, 76, of Windham, formerly of Sabattus, died early Tuesday evening, Feb. 16, 2021 at the Maine Medical Center in Portland.

She was born on May 2, 1944, in Lewiston, the daughter of Harold and Luvie (Porter) Child. Margaret attended Auburn schools, graduating from Edward Little.

As a young woman she worked as a telephone operator until beginning her career at Central Maine Medical Center in the Medical Records Department.

She later moved to Windham and lived at Unity Gardens for several years until failing health caused her to be cared for at Ledgewood Manor in Windham.

Margaret is loved by her two children, Mary Kluck and her husband, Erich of Raymond and Michael Suderley and his wife Kari of Winterport; four grandchildren, Morgan and Ethan Suderley and Cadence and Elara Kluck; two sisters, Mary McGaw of Oxford and Martha Hawkins of Auburn; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; siblings, Beatrice Stevens, Roger Child, Bernice Crockett, Lucille Perry, and Maynard Child.

A graveside service for Margaret will be held in the spring at Gracelawn Memorial Park in Auburn. Arrangements are in the care of Hall Funeral Home in Casco where her family welcomes your kind words on her Tribute Wall online at http://www.hallfuneralhome.net.
