It is my pleasure to write this endorsement of Paul Beauparlant for Lewiston School Committee in Ward 7.
I worked with Paul at Edward Little High School for 43 years and found him to be one of the most honest, honorable men I know. He is well-loved by both students and staff for his sense of humor and his commitment to education. I cannot think of a man more well qualified for this position due to his unique perspective of being a teacher and a social studies department chair.
Paul understands the educational process from the ground up and would be invaluable in helping Lewiston avoid the nonsense that can often accompany educational policy. He knows what kids and teachers need to be successful, and will push to implement it.
As a lifelong resident of Lewiston, Paul brings history and perspective to the Lewiston School Committee. Residents should vote Beauparlant.
