Goding, Pond and Dunham were on the committee last year.

Budget Committee meetings have not been set for this year.

Gov. Janet Mills signed an emergency bill on Jan. 5 that amended the districts based on population.

Every selectman or selectperson of a town or organized plantation in the county is eligible to represent their respective districts on the committee if elected.

The term schedule rotates in each district, each year. The person in the three-year term moves to a two-year term; the person in the two-year term moves to a one-year position; the person in a one-year position is no longer on the committee unless he/she is reelected.
