Whether a red state or blue, we need to be business-friendly.

Just look around. Anyone seeing businesses that have closed over the past 2 1/2 years? I certainly do.

Restaurants, clothing stores, hardware stores, and many more have all closed. If we are to keep our youth in Maine and prosper,  Maine needs to be business-friendly. Regulations need to be streamlined to avoid strangling red tape. We need common sense laws governing business.

I trust Rep. Laurel Libby to act on this issue. As a small business owner herself and mother of five youngsters, she understands well that a thriving Maine depends on nurturing private enterprise. She is well-positioned to advocate for making Maine “open for business.”

She has my vote for State House District 90.
