I hope voters join me in supporting Gov. Janet Mills.
I’m serving in my eighth year as a state House representative from Lewiston. Gov. Mills leads with compassion, integrity and experience. Her knowledge is extensive.
She expanded MaineCare eligibility guidelines to reflect the will of the voters. We worked to include more comprehensive, preventative dental care with MaineCare coverage. Our public health infrastructure has been put to the test with the coronavirus pandemic.
I am extremely grateful for Gov. Mills and her administration.
Gov. Mills also works for our seniors and veterans. Housing and property tax relief are paramount. We need to continue to push forward to meet basic needs, including food security.
Education improvements include increased state funding of our public schools, community college financial relief for eligible students and support for our teachers and retired teachers.
We’ve made progress and need to continue to build for our future.
