I am so proud to support the candidacy of Tammy Schmersal-Burgess for state representative in District 77. She would represent the towns of Dixfield, Hartford, Mexico, Peru, Canton and Livermore with distinction.

Tammy understands that single issues and election promises do not make a candidate worthy. As a businesswoman in Mexico, she has demonstrated, through years of action, the values and competency she would bring to Augusta.

When she came to my door, she gave me her ideas in writing. I think the vast majority of Mainers feel the same way. She included her support for lowering inflation; closing our borders to illegals; stopping the flow of drugs killing our children; stopping crime and respecting police; and restoring control of schools, and all aspects of the school curriculum, to parents.

In November, I hope people vote for Tammy. She would do the right thing for our families.
