The concluding session for the United Methodist Women of Calvary Methodist Church was a fun event held recently in the form of a mystery ride. Members gathered at the church and were placed in several cars, the driver of each being given five envelopes of instructions. As each one was opened, the cars proceeded to a new destination, the final one being the Steer House in Lewiston.

Dinner was enjoyed and a brief business session was held. Miss Eunice Leighton made the arrangements with the assistance of Mrs. William Fake and Mrs. James Rand. Plans were discussed regarding the raising of funds for the missionary pledge and also for the Kartoon Fair scheduled for June 2.

Miss Leighton presented the president’s pin to Mrs. Irving Grant.
