LIVERMORE FALLS — The Select Board will hold a special meeting at 3 p.m. Friday at the Town Office to appoint an interim town manager.

The board is searching for a new town manager after selectmen accepted former Town Manager Amanda Allen’s resignation June 6.

The meeting will start public, then selectmen will enter into an executive session for a discussion about appointing an interim town manager. They will vote on the appointment in open session.

The board is also scheduled to discuss the cancellation of ReVision Energy Solar Credit agreement. The solar array the board and other towns previously signed a contract for is not going to be built.

Selectmen will discuss a solar credit agreement with Nautilus Solar Solutions during Friday’s meeting.

Other agenda items involve budget overdrafts for administration and professional services. A special town meeting will be set to consider the overdrafts.

The board is also expected to designate a public access officer.
