Donald Trump seems to have prevailed again, playing the justice system like a fiddle.

I don’t believe there is any question as to what he did on Jan. 6, 2021. He tried to overthrow an election he didn’t agree with, simply because he lost. Implying that the country was lost, he told his people to go and get their country back. Under the delusional directions being given by their imperial leader, they acted.

According to the Constitution, I think what he did disqualifies him from holding any office, period. His recent claims of immunity, and that future presidents should have immunity to do whatever they want while in office, is ludicrous, and democracy would fall.

As a people we want, and should, insist on a moral and law-abiding individual as our president. This man is anything but that. Given his baggage it is clear he isn’t a law-abiding individual.
