Four months after opening Tracy Jean’s Coffee Boutique in downtown Lewiston, the owners announced they have closed the store and moving to Bath, where they have secured a new storefront.

In a March 20 posting to the store’s social media page, the owners said they are moving to Route 1. “We will be in a safer location with a parking lot and outdoor seating,” the posting reads, in part.

Owner Tracey Hanna originally planned to buy the building at 50 Lisbon St. but has changed her mind.

“We are originally from the Bath area and wanted to move back that way,” she said when asked why the Lisbon Street location didn’t work for her.

“Our new location will give us the space we need to grow, along with outdoor seating and a parking lot. We will be able to expand our menu having a larger kitchen that is set up with a vent hood system,” she added.
