Cantrell Seafood dumped a big mystery on us this week posting this on their Facebook page:

They clearly have quite a few fans in our area who are more than excited about the possibility they too will open a location in Lewiston-Auburn, but Cantrell’s isn’t talking either. Messages, an email and phone calls all went unanswered. In fact, when you call the business phone, it automatically connects to very old seafaring songs like Gordon Lightfoot’s “The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald” and the Irish Rovers singing “Drunken Sailor” — we kid you not.

Welcome Cantrell’s. We would enjoy another good fishmonger in town.
