GREENE — John and Robin Neal of Greene are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Leslie Joan Neal of Loveland, Ohio, to Michael Franklin Mersch of Loveland, Ohio, son of Joseph and Nancy Mersch of Loveland, Ohio.

Miss Neal is a graduate of Ithaca College with a bachelor’s degree in trumpet performance. She is currently in her second year of graduate school working toward a master’s degree in anthropology at the University of Cincinnati.

Mr. Mersch received a degree in business and marketing from the University of Cincinnati and currently works as vice president of mortgage loan processing at Union Savings Bank in Loveland, Ohio.

The wedding will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 12, 2012, at Clay Hill Farm in Ogunquit.
