SAN ANTONIO, Texas — Air Force Airman Raymond J. Tilton graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Tilton is the son of Bruce Tilton of Walker Hill, Wilton, and Karen Toothaker of Moose Hill Road, Livermore Falls. He is a 2010 graduate of Mount Blue High School, Farmington.
