PORTLAND — Six financial advisers who were previously with Northeast Financial Services of Lewiston have formed their own company, Casco Bay Wealth Advisors. The principals will work out of three offices in Maine, 53 Baxter Blvd., Suite 201, Portland; 261 Bath Road, Suite B, Brunswick; and 59 Howard Charles Road, Lovell. In addition, there are satellite meeting offices in Auburn, Augusta, Bethel and South Paris.

Principals include Christian Bishop, Kevin Carbin Jr., Leslie Couper, Stephen Goldsmith, Mary Holmes and Normand Poulin. Combined, the principals have 125 years of financial industry experience. The business will focus on helping to manage all aspects of their clients’ financial life, including retirement planning, risk management, estate planning, taxation and business planning.

The change took effect on Dec. 1, 2013.
