SABATTUS – Paul and Louise Canedy of Sabattus are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Lyn Canedy, to Randall Joseph Salso Jr., son of Randall and Marie Salso of Pine Beach, N.J.
The future bride is a 2000 graduate of Oak Hill High School in Wales. She studied at the Forsyth School for Dental Hygiene in Boston, where she received her bachelor’s degree in 2004. She is currently employed by the Timberlane Dental Group in South Burlington, Vt.
The future bridegroom is a 1996 graduate of St. John Vianney High School in New Jersey. He is currently attending the Community College of Vermont working toward a degree in secondary education. He is employed as a purchasing agent at the Rossignol Ski Company.
An Aug. 19 wedding is planned.
