Outlook: With long-time varsity assistant/JV head coach White at the helm, the Falcons aren’t just going to go up-tempo this year, they’re going on Grinnell time. Their new offensive system, pattered after a small private college in Iowa, stresses keeping the pedal to the metal, shooting three-pointers, full-court pressure and subbing liberally to keep fresh legs on the floor. They hope to have Kaubris, one of the top players in Western B last year, recovered from the shoulder problems he dealt with during football season.
Coach’s comment: “We’re going to be unconventional, that’s for sure.” – Coach Rick White
